This notice covers the public DERMALAB website and its early-access form, operated by ServiceAI. It is separate from any clinic’s care relationship or clinical consent process.
What the form collects
Your clinic name and work email are required. Website, team size and current booking tool are optional. Please do not submit client information, health details or photographs.
How we use it
We store the inquiry so the platform owner can review it and respond about early-access availability and proposed terms. Submission does not create a client record, user account or subscription, and does not enroll you in a marketing campaign. No automatic email is sent by this form.
Storage and access
Inquiry details are encrypted in the application’s database and included in encrypted backups for the operating practice. The configured platform practice owner can view and delete them. Hosting and storage use Google Cloud. Deleting an inquiry from the active database does not erase an already-created backup immediately; automatic cloud backups expire after 30 days, followed by the storage provider’s seven-day soft-delete recovery period. Up to 14 automatic local copies and manual recovery copies can remain until removed or rotated.
Cookies and technical data
The website uses a security cookie for form submission. Signing in adds a session cookie. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are enabled on this page. A short-lived keyed hash of the connection address is used to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting services may retain technical request logs for operation and security.
The sample and imagery
The interactive consultation contains fictional educational notes and a schematic illustration and an AI-created fictional face with magnified crops. It uses no client records. All generated portraits are demonstration artwork, not patients, testimonials or treatment results. The video voice is AI-generated. Clinic-name previews remain in the current page and are not submitted.
Requests and contact
To ask about an inquiry or request its deletion, contact info@serviceaihq.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your email address. Business inquiries are retained for review and follow-up until no longer needed or until a verified deletion request is handled.
Educational boundaries
DERMALAB supports practitioner-led visual documentation. It does not provide a diagnosis, melanoma screening or prescriptions. Photographs do not replace an examination.
